BFT has been successful in building a great transit system for the Kennewick, Richland, Pasco, West Richland, Prosser, and Benton City and Franklin and Benton Counties. It is our goal to develop and operate a public transportation system that will provide the best public transportation services to our customers as possible. We are proud to offer many innovative ways for you to use our services today.

We have regular routed and scheduled transit, Dial-A-Ride, Vanpool, ridesharing, taxi feeder service, TransPlus night service, Sunday service, the mega van, bike racks, and other services to tell you about. Please take the time to explore our site and the many wonderful mobility alternatives we have to offer you.

Ben Franklin Transit has had several achievements over the last few years. We led the way as a prime sponsor of a first ever community-wide forum on Smart Growth and Livable Communities in November of 2004. We have received the City of Richland's "Green Business of the Year" award in 2006. Last year Ben Franklin Transit was recognized as one of the Most Improved transit systems in the United States by Metro Magazine, a leading transit trade journal. Our ridership continues to grow as more and more people discover the ease and comfort of using our services.

We are very proud of all of our accomplishments. But we do not intend to rest on those. We intend to continue to make Ben Franklin Transit as efficient and effective as we can.
