  • Planned Outage on April 12, 2026

    Ben Franklin Transit will replace its core network on Sunday, April 12, 2026, between 8 a.m and 3 p.m. During this time, the website and phone service will experience intermittent outages. However, all modes of service will run as usual. If you need to make Dial-A-Ride reservations during this window, please call 509.502.9855.

  • New Customer Service Hours

    Beginning Monday, April 6, 2026, the Customer Service office at Three Rivers Transit Center will extend its hours of operation. The lobby will be open from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, and the phones will be manned from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
