There are a lot of holiday events happening around the Tri-Cities this winter. Learn about a few of them here and how to get there on the bus! Check back to see more events as they are announced. 

Downtown Holiday Skating Rink

When: Saturday, November 25 – Saturday, December 30. Open Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Where: Corner of Benton and Kennewick Ave

What: Ice Skating Rink for a Rockefeller Center experience in Historic Downtown Kennewick

The Nutcracker 

When: Friday, December 8, Saturday, December 9 and Sunday, December 10

Where: Richland High School Auditorium

What: Mid-Columbia Ballet presents the 42nd annual performance of The Nutcracker. The Nutcracker features 168 cast members, choreography by Artistic Director Debra Pearse Rogo, new theatrical elemnts by Seattle based freelance designer Grag Elder and more!

Brushes and Brunch with Santa

When: Saturday, December 9 & Sunday, December 10

Where: The Wet Palette Paint Parties, Richland

What: Get your ticket and get ready for painting, brunch, and a meet and greet with Santa!

Pasco Winter Fest

When: Saturday, December 9

Where: 1125 N. 4th Ave. Pasco

What: The Pasco Winter Fest will have food, entertainment, a Christmas Tree lighting at more!

Lampson Cable Bridge Run

When: Saturday, December 16, 9:00 a.m. 

Where: 607 E Columbia Dr. (Starts south of Lampson Office Building) 

What: The 39th Annual Lampson Cable Bridge Run is here! The race includes both a 5k and a 10k, both starting South of Lampson Office Building and ending at the Lampson/Dixon Shop (2300 East Crane Street, Pasco). 

Parking will not be available at the race, but there will be shuttles provided from the Benton County Fairgrounds to the Starting Line. Shuttles will take participants to the start of the race from 6:50 - 8:15 a.m. and bring participants back to the fairgrounds from 10:00 - 11:30 a.m.

Star Wars: The Last Jedi 

When: Thursday, December 14 - Sunday, December 17

Where: AMC Kennewick 12, Fairchild Cinemas - Queensgate 12 Richland, Fairchild Cinemas Pasco

What: Star Wars: The Last Jedi is a part of a franchise that every parent can remember, and every kid can still get excited about! This movie will be fun for the whole family and has showtimes all weekend! Find your tickets today!

Historic Kennewick Hometown Holiday - SantaCon (21 and over)

when: Saturday, December 16, 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. 

Where: Historic Downtown Kennewick Pubs

What: Explore all the shops downtown and spread some Christmas cheer while dressed up as good 'ol Saint Nick! All proceeds raised from this event support local charities.

Christmas En La Plaza 

When: Saturday, December 16, 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. 

Where: 430 W Lewis St. (In the Farmer's Market and Peanuts Plaza behind Vieras)

What: A multicultural Christmas Festival including an ugly sweater contest, Plaza Lighting, Pinatas, Santa, Caroling and more!
