Due to an unexpected outage in the area, BFT offices and Customer Service staff are unable to receive incoming phone calls. For the most up-to-date bus information, check the Transit app, or visit MyRide.BFT.org. You can also email us your phone number at CustomerComment@bft.org and we can call you.
We are looking into the issue; however, there is no estimated time for when the problem will be resolved. We will post updates here and on our social media pages as anything changes. Thank you for your patience.
