Starting at 11 a.m., the following routes will begin service:
- Routes 47, 48, 64, 65 and 66/67 will operate on regular service
- Route 26 will service all stops, except along Sprout & University
- Route 123 will service all stops, expect the Mall
- Route 268, Snow Detours A & B in affect
