West Richland, Benton City, and Prosser Residents:
Ride the bus to a fair shuttle pickup location, and sail into the fair without the hassle of the drive or parking…here’s how!
To get to the fair
Ride your normal BFT route to Knight Street Transit Center and catch the fair shuttle, which will depart every 60 minutes from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m., and every 30 minutes from 4 p.m. – 11:30 p.m. Transfer tickets, regular tickets, and monthly passes (with the exception of Freedom passes) do not apply to fair shuttles. The special event shuttle fare must be paid each way when boarding a shuttle ($1.50 per person or $4.00 for a family of up to 5 people).
To get home
BFT will be providing ONE (1) direct route shuttle back from the fair each night from August 21-25. A shuttle will leave the fair at 10:30 p.m. each night and stop at Flat Top Park in West Richland, 9th and Dale in Benton City, and across the street from the Food Depot in Prosser.
This return trip shuttle will cost standard shuttle fare of $1.50 per person or $4.00 for a family of up to 5 people.
If you plan on leaving the fair within normal BFT service hours, a shuttle can be taken to Knight Street Transit Center, where you can then board your normal bus route home. Transfer tickets will not be accepted or given out on fair shuttles; fare must be paid for each ride.
Note: If riding the 170 to Benton City or Prosser, last departure from Knight Street Transit Center is at 5:25 p.m.
