Ben Franklin Transit (BFT) staff invite the community to join them in recognizing its front-line workers as a part of Transit Driver Appreciation Day on Saturday, March 18. Fixed Route operators and Dial-A-Ride drivers comprise the majority of BFT employees and ensure their customers in the Tri-Cities get where they need to go safely and on time.
“I want to take this opportunity to thank our drivers for the hard work and dedication they display on the job every day,” said BFT General Manager Rachelle Glazier. “While we are grateful for everything they do all year round, Transit Driver Appreciation Day is a special day set aside annually to honor them for their service.”
