Ben Franklin Transit is partnering with Walgreens to offer a free flu shot clinic at Three Rivers Transit Center on November 4, 2026.

Certified Walgreen Pharmacy Technicians will be available from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Anyone interested in getting a free flu shot can sign up online to reserve a time in advance or stop by on Wednesday, November 4, for a first-come, first-served spot. Health insurance is not required, although customers who have a health insurance plan should bring proof of coverage. Anyone under 18 years old will need to have a parent or guardian’s permission and have an adult with them to get the flu shot.

Even though it is early in the season, the Washington State Department of Health reports that flu cases account for an increasing percentage of emergency department visits across the state.  Learn more about flu vaccine recommendations by visiting the Washington State Department of Health website.
