August Service Changes 2024
Recent service changes, designed to better serve riders and incorporate our new Queensgate Transit Center into our network. Below you’ll find details on two new routes—Routes 10 and 50, replacing the previous Route 110—and explanations of the Route 170,123, and 25 changes.

Queensgate Transit Center is on Columbia Park Trail and Windmill Rd connected to the formerly Tulip Lane Park and Ride.
- Serves Routes 10, 123, & 170
- No service on Sunday
- (See Route 123 Changes)
Arrival and departure times will be staggered. Similar to Dayton Transit Point, there are no designated spaces for buses. Please ensure you are boarding the correct bus.
NEW Route 10 | Richland/WEST RICHLAND

- Operates Monday-Saturday
- Service every 60 minutes
- Replacing Route 110
Serves Queensgate Transit Center and West Richland Transfer Point
Riders at Knight Street Transit Center or Three Rivers Transit Center can take Route 123 to connect with Route 10 at Queensgate Transit Center
Route 25 Changes | Richland
- Slight change in routing at Lawless Drive
- Now serves Fred Meyer on Wellsian Way
NEW Route 50 “Shopper Shuttle” Kennewick/RICHLAND

- Operates Monday-Saturday 8 a.m.-8:30 p.m.; riders can use Route 123 Sunday schedule to access the mall on Sunday
Service every 30 minutes
Short loop, starting and ending at Three Rivers Transit Center
Route 123 Changes | Kennewick/RICHLAND

- Mall service on Sunday only
- Riders can use Route 50 to access the mall Monday-Saturday
Route 170 Changes Richland / Benton City / Prosser

Operates Monday-Saturday
- Service every 60 minutes during peak times
- Saturday service and non peak times every 2 hours
Now departing Queensgate Transit Center and Stacy Ave Transfer Point at :05 instead of :15
Serves Queensgate Transit Center in Richland and Stacy Ave Transfer Point in Prosser; will no longer serve Knight Street Transit Center in Richland
Riders at Knight Street Transit Center can ride Route 123 southbound to Queensgate to connect
with Route 170
Significant rerouting in Prosser for better local service; now serving Prosser High School and Housel Middle School
Bus Hours of Operation
- Weekdays: 6 a.m. - 10 p.m.
- Saturday: 7 a.m. - 10 p.m.
- Sunday: 8 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
