Policies & Forms
Visiting The Tri-Cities?
We honor para-transit eligibility from other jurisdictions. If you’re visiting the Tri-Cities and would like to use our Dial-A-Ride service, simply have your para-transit service fax your eligibility information to us at 509.734.5195 or contact our ADA Eligibility Coordinator at 509.734.5530.
For out-of-area visitors who do not have an eligibility status that they are transferring, confirmation of an existing disability that impacts travel must be confirmed if the disability is not evident. This verification is commonly accomplished through the individual providing a professional verification of disability by fax. Please call one of the phone numbers listed above, if you have questions.
