Welcome aboard Ben Franklin Transit!

As the CEO of Ben Franklin Transit (BFT), I want to extend the warmest welcome to you, whether you’re new to BFT or have been using our services for years. Our guiding purpose is to provide safe, reliable, and affordable transportation to the Tri-Cities community to support personal mobility, economic diversity, and growth.

Our Public Transportation Benefit Area (PTBA) covers 625 square miles and serves the cities of Kennewick, Pasco, Richland, West Richland, Benton City, Prosser, and Finley. I am proud of the services we offer, including buses, Dial-A-RideA demand-responsive system providing door- to-door transportation to patrons who request service by telephone, either on an ad hoc or subscription basis.
