Lost and Found
Call or stop by our Customer Service Department at Three Rivers Transit Center in Kennewick to recover lost items. When picking up your item, you must show a valid ID.
BFT is not responsible for items lost or left behind on our vehicles. Recovered items will be held for up to 30 days, and large or difficult-to-store items for 14 days.

BFT does NOT operate, and ALL OFFICES ARE CLOSED on the following holidays with exceptions noted:

Reduced Fare Pass (Sold only at Three Rivers Transit Center)
Individuals with a permanent disability who are not eligible for Dial-A-Ride and provide their picture ID or one (1) of the following documents may qualify for a Reduced Fare Pass:
- Social Security Medicare Card
- Social Security Disability award letter with “DI” number
- Department of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR)/Division of Developmental Disability (DDD) letter
- Washington State Handicapped Parking ID card (Permanent only)
- Written attestation from a medical/mental health care professional on their letterhead
- BFT Reduced Fare Application completed and signed by a medical/mental health care professional
*If you have purchased 10-ride tickets at a lesser price, they will be honored until the next fare change.
