Ben Franklin Transit’s Annual Service Plan (ASP) shows our dedication to meeting the changing transportation needs of the Tri-Cities area. We created this plan together with input from data, rider feedback, and local priorities. The plan outlines our services for the year and highlights changes to routes, schedules, and transit goals.
HELP SHAPE BFT’S 2027 SERVICE
BFT is planning new and updated routes for 2027, including changes in West Richland and Kennewick. You can share your thoughts and ask questions in person at one of our upcoming community engagement events or fill out the service survey below.
