NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS: The BFT Customer Service office at Three Rivers Transit Center is CLOSED to the public until further notice, and pass sales are temporarily SUSPENDED while fares are not being collected.
Phone support at 509.735.5100 remains available Mon-Fri 6am to 7pm and Sat 8am to 7pm at this time. We will post updates here and on our social media pages as anything changes. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

BFT does not operate and ALL OFFICES ARE CLOSED on the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day (4th of July)
- Labor Day
- Christmas Day*
*On December 24 (Christmas Eve), BFT will operate on a normal schedule, but will terminate service early. BFT services, including bus and Dial-A-Ride, will end at 7:00 p.m. Customer Service phone hours will be 6:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
