How it Works

Here’s How It Works

  • CONNECT helps riders get to and from BFT bus stops, transit centers, and select destinations.
  • There are six CONNECT zones throughout the Tri-Cities.
  • Book a ride within minutes when you’re ready to leave, and CONNECT will pick you up and take you there.
  • Each zone has pre-determined destinations you may choose.
  • When you schedule your ride, your start and end locations must be inside the same zone.
  • CONNECT is a shared ride service, so additional passengers may ride with you on your commute.
  • Click here for more information about CONNECT zones and the pre-determined destinations.

CONNECT is partially funded by Washington’s Climate Commitment Act (CCA). The CCA supports Washington’s climate action efforts by putting cap-and-invest dollars to work reducing climate pollution, creating jobs, and improving public health. Information about the CCA is available at www.climate.wa.gov.
