BFT CONNECT is an on-demand rideshare service that makes connecting to the busA rubber-tired transit vehicle designed for roadway operation to transport a large number of persons for public transportation service. Zones
Each of CONNECT’s six zones in the Tri-Cities has designated locations. To use the service, your trip• A one-way movement of a person or vehicle between two points for a specific purpose; sometimes called a one-way trip to distinguish it from a round trip. Also see boarding.
• The movement of a transit vehicle in one direction from the beginning of a route to the end of it; also known as a run.

- Monday – Friday: 5:45 a.m. to 10:15 p.m.
- Saturdays: 6:45 a.m. to 10:15 p.m.
- Sundays: 7:45 a.m. to 6:45 p.m.

- Cash: Pay upon boarding. Exact change is required.
- Credit or Debit Card: Convenient, contactless payment options are available through the BFT CONNECT app.

Each ride costs $1.50. You can use any of the following to access the service:

Here’s How It Works
- CONNECT helps riders get to and from BFT busA rubber-tired transit vehicle designed for roadway operation to transport a large number of persons for public transportation service. In most cases, it operates with a self- contained source of motive power. More stops, transit centers, and select destinations.
- There are six CONNECT zones throughout the Tri-Cities.  
- Book a ride within minutes when you’re ready to leave, and CONNECT will pick you up and take you there. 
- Each zone has pre-determined destinations you may choose. 
- When you schedule your ride, your start and end locations must be inside the same zone. 
- CONNECT is a shared ride service, so additional passengers may ride with you on your commute.
