Call or stop by our Customer Service Department at Three Rivers Transit CenterA facility where transit vehicles converge, enabling passengers to transfer among routes and services. More in Kennewick to recover lost items. When picking up your item, you must show a valid ID.
BFT is not responsible for items lost or left behind on our vehicles. Recovered items will be held for up to 30 days, and large or difficult-to-store items for 14 days.
