Annual Service Plan Released for Public Comment

Ben Franklin Transit (BFT) released the agency’s 2026 Annual Service Plan and accompanying Title VI Service Equity Analysis for public comment on November 16, 2026. 

The 2026 Annual Service Plan seeks to improve connectivity and meet rider demand within BFT’s service area. The Title VI Service Equity Analysis was conducted to confirm that any adverse impacts on minority or low-income individuals arising from these service changes are mitigated.

The 2026 Annual Service Plan includes the following changes:  

BFT is offering several opportunities for community input and encourages the public to participate and provide feedback on these new service initiatives planned for 2026. During the 30-day public comment period ending January 8, 2026, the following opportunities are available for public input:
