Congrats to our own Coach Operator, Miguel Garcia, for receiving the City of Richland's City Manager's Medallion this afternoon!
City Manager, Cindy Reents, recognized his role in recovering and returning a lost bag of money to the rightful owner. His actions displayed teamwork, integrity and excellence, the very values that are the foundation of the award. Miguel was nominated for the award by Richland City Councilman, Phil Lemley.
