Lost and Found

Call or stop by our Customer Service Department at Three Rivers Transit Center in Kennewick to recover any lost items. You must show a valid ID when picking up your item. 

BFT is not responsible for items lost or left behind on our vehicles. Recovered items will only be held for up to 60 days.

Holiday Hours 

BFT does NOT operate and ALL OFFICES ARE CLOSED on the following holidays:

  • New Year’s Day  
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day (CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CLOSED - BUSES RUN)
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day (4th of July)
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Day After Thanksgiving (CUSTOMER SERVICE IS CLOSED - BUSES RUN)
  • Christmas Day* 
    *Service on Christmas Eve will end at 7 p.m.
